Our jewelry is durable, but sometimes can react and cause discoloration in some situations. (Not often to happen)
- Store your jewelry in a clean, dry space.
- Avoid damaging chemicals. (Hairspray, lotion, and perfume can be damaging)
- Use warm water for regular cleanings
- When in doubt, take it off. (swimming pool and gym isn’t ideal place for your jewelry)
- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition or wrong product sent, kindly contact us within 30 days of receiving it with proven photos.
- Please notice that if you inform us for more than 30 days, we cannot do the refund for you. We reserve the right to refuse any refund and cancellation.

Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (including $50).
Shipping time:
United States:For orders from the United States,Orders received Monday through Friday before 5:00 PM Eastern Time will mostly ship within 1-3 business days! Delivery time is 5-10 business days after order placement.
For regions outside the United States: We will process your order within 1-3 business days, and it will take 7-14 business days to deliver after the order is shipped.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For security reasons, first-time orders and orders shipped to other addresses may be delayed for verification. We reserve the right to ship in installments, but you will still need to pay the remaining balance.
