We want to ensure you receive your order promptly and efficiently. This Shipping & Tax Policy details our shipping process and how taxes are collected.
Processing Time
United States: For orders from the United States, orders received before 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped within 1-3 business days! After the order is placed, delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Australia, Canada, United Kingdom: We will process your order within 1-3 business days, and it will take 7-14 business days to deliver after the order is shipped.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. For security reasons, first-time orders and orders shipped to other addresses may be delayed for verification. If the items are shipped in separate batches, no extra shipping fee will be charged.
Shipping Options & Costs
We charge a $5 shipping fee per order, with free shipping on orders over $50.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number so you can track your package online. You will also receive email updates on your order status and estimated delivery date.

If you encounter any problems during your order's delivery process, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
