How does the "Mix & Match" collection work?Â
Our Mix & Match collection is designed for total freedom. It is built on the concept of interchangeability:
- Universal Fit: Every pendant and chain in this collection is compatible.
- Endless Combinations: You can take a pendant from Necklace A and slide it onto the chain of Necklace B.
- Stack Them Up: Feel free to slide multiple pendants onto a single chain to create your own unique cluster!
Can I combine pendants from different products together?Â
Absolutely! Since all our Mix & Match chains and pendants are interchangeable, you can mix a pendant from one set with a pendant from another. Whether you want to swap chains or wear three different charms on one necklace, everything works together seamlessly.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials designed for everyday wear. Most of our pieces are crafted from 18k Gold Vermeil (a thick layer of 18k solid gold on Sterling Silver) or 316L Stainless Steel with PVD gold plating. This ensures they are hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and tarnish-free.
 How does personalization work?Â
For our personalized collection, simply enter your desired name, initials, or date in the custom field on the product page. Please note that personalized items are made-to-order and require an extra 3-5 business days for crafting before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. (Note: Personalized items and earrings are non-returnable unless defective).
